If you are an Amazon Seller, PSH works only with a Professional Amazon Seller Account. Just keep in mind, these account tiers refer to your Amazon Seller Central account, not your PSH membership tiers, even though they might look similar.
Yes, Prep Ship Hub manages the Amazon returns and removals process. To get started, ensure you ENABLE this feature in your store settings on PSH. Once activated, we will automatically pull your return and removal data directly from Amazon and create daily batches for them. Yes, we support non-partner SPD, LTL, and FTL shipping. In fact, you can purchase shipping labels directly through PSH for your Hazmat items or large LTL shipments. Thanks to our partnerships with major carriers, we automatically generate the BOL for you, which you can provide at the time of pickup.
Since PSH incurs data fees paid to AWS, we are unable to offer unlimited usage or SKU quantities. If you exceed 50,000 shipped units in a month, an additional charge of $0.01 per item will apply for each unit beyond that limit.
Yes, you can view your real profit with PrepShipHub. However, it's important to provide us with necessary information in advance, such as supplier details, product costs, and other relevant data. We take care of the rest by pulling all your Amazon-related costs, including inbound shipping fees, outbound shipping costs, prep fees, and more, to give you a comprehensive profit overview per ASIN, MSKU, SUPLIER and CATEGORY.
Yes, you can use PSH for your multi-channel, seller-fulfilled e-commerce business. You can connect your Amazon FBM, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart accounts. Once orders are placed, we will automatically pull them in. You have the flexibility to use either the e-commerce platform's shipping rates or PSH's rates to purchase shipping labels.

Yes, we do offer customer support! You can reach us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Additionally, we have a HELP page within PSH where you can type your question and find relevant documents or guides to resolve your issue.
Currently, PSH does not support cross-listing or inventory management between other e-commerce platforms. However, you can create listings for your Amazon accounts and manage your FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) listings directly through PSH.

PSH FNSKU label printing works with both inkjet and laser printers. For inkjet printers, you must download the labels before printing and use 30-sheet label paper. For laser printers, we support DYMO, ZEBRA, and ROLLO. To ensure proper functionality, download the PSH Printer Agent along with the software for your chosen laser printer.
